There’s an incredible community of job fairies, supporters, and friends rallying behind you. It’s been a wild time, especially in global development, but in the midst of all this upheaval, I’ve been so inspired by the way people are showing up for each other—making connections, opening doors, and building relationships that will last far beyond this moment.
I’ll keep sharing this newsletter with job leads, insights, and ideas to (hopefully) make the process a little easier. And I’m really excited to introduce something new we’ve been working on as a feature of ImpactSource: Warm Intros—a way to make the job search more effective, more efficient, and (most importantly) more human by putting your network at the center of it all.
